The executive board is proposing minor changes to the chapter by-laws in order to update various officer responsibilities and to include the scholarship commitee discussed at the last chapter meeting. The proposed changes are tracked in the draft by-laws attached here. This updated version of the by-laws is also being submitted to ACHMM for their approval. Please take a few minutes to review the proposed changes so we can voteto have themapproved at the next chapter meeting. Thanks.
